APPLICATIONS

  • The­se sli­ding rings are the solu­ti­on for designs which only allow room for a small or low housing 
  • They are ide­al for retro­fit­ting into exis­ting O‑ring groo­ves

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Wide ran­ges for pres­su­re, speed, tem­pe­ra­tu­re and fluids 
  • Low bre­a­ka­way tor­que – even after long shut­down 
  • Very long life due to high abra­si­on resis­tan­ce 
  • Dry run­ning capa­bi­li­ty
  • Resistant to pres­su­re peaks and die­sel effect
  • Except for small dia­me­ters, can be instal­led in non-split groo­ves 
  • Free choice of dia­me­ter bet­ween 8 and 3,000 mm

TEMPERATURE RANGE

From ‑54 to +200 °C (tem­pora­ri­ly +260 °C)

but depen­dent on the sli­ding ring and O‑ring mate­ri­al in each case.
