APPLICATIONS

Elas­to­me­ric wipers/scrapers are used in com­bi­na­ti­on with the MANOY® sli­ding ring, the MANOY® U‑Cup or other rod seals.
Typi­cal app­li­ca­ti­ons for the­se com­ple­te solu­ti­ons are:

  • Pis­ton rods
  • Plun­gers
  • Tap­pets
  • Val­ve spind­les
  • Gui­de rods

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Pre­vents the ingress of dirt, mois­tu­re or loo­se par­ti­cles kee­ping them away from the seal sur­faces and the inner sys­tem
  • For line­ar and rapid advan­ce heli­cal moti­on
  • Type AD pro­vi­des out­si­de exclu­si­on and retains the resi­du­al lub­ri­cant film on the insi­de

TEMPERATURE RANGE

Wiper/scraper elas­to­mer:

NBR-90 / nitri­le buta­di­e­ne -25 to +100 °C

FKM-85 / fluo­ro­car­bon -20 to +200 °C


on request:

AU-90 / poly­ure­tha­ne -30 to +100 °C
