CHARACTERISTICS

  • Pres­sure-activ­ated seal energization
  • The integ­rated or turned out wedge pre­vents the seal­ing lip turn­ing inside out 
  • Very long seal life due to high abra­sion resistance 
  • Mater­i­al only gen­er­ates low fric­tion­al force
  • Seal­ing lip does not stick to the mat­ing sur­face even after pro­longed shutdown

TEMPERATURE RANGE

From -60 to +200 °C (tem­por­ar­ily +260 °C)

but depend­ent on the mater­i­al of the seal­ing lip and the O-ring of the sec­ond­ary seal in each case.
