APPLICATIONS

  • Face seal used for rota­ry and oscil­la­ting moti­on in pipe joints and rota­ry actua­tors
  • Used at low to high pres­su­re and low speed

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Pres­su­re-activa­ted seal ener­gi­za­ti­on 
  • Very long seal life due to high abra­si­on resis­tan­ce 
  • Mini­mum coef­fi­ci­ent of fric­tion 
  • No chat­ter (stick-slip) at low speed
  • For liquids and gases
  • Does not stick to the mating sur­face after pro­lon­ged shut­down 
  • Dry run­ning pos­si­ble
  • Non-sen­si­ti­ve to pres­su­re peaks 
  • Avail­ab­le for any dia­me­ter up to 700 mm

From ‑54 to +200 °C (tem­pora­ri­ly +260 °C)
